Country breakfast casserole
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- eggs, lightly beaten - 10 item
- light cream - 3 c
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- Cheddar cheese, shredded - 1 c
- Swiss cheese, shredded - 1 c
- bunch green onions, chopped - 1 item
- day old bread, cubed - 16 oz
- sausage, cooked, crumbled and drained
How to make country breakfast casserole:
Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan. Place bread in pan. Sprinkle with cheeses. Combine rest of ingredients and mix well. Pour over bread. Refrigerate overnight. Bake for 1 hour at 350° or until golden brown. Serves 6 to 8.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Casseroles, Omelets and frittatas.
