Ingredients/Components
- eggs, lightly beaten - 4 item
- light cream - 1 c
- 9-inch pie shell - 1 item
- chopped onion - 3 Tbsp
- chopped green bell pepper - 1/4 c
- grated Swiss cheese - 1/2 c
- sausage - 1 pkg
- chopped red bell pepper - 1/4 c
How to make country breakfast pie:
Cook sausage until done. Drain grease and crumble. Mix sausage and Swiss cheese. Sprinkle in pie shell. In bowl, add remaining ingredients to lightly beaten eggs. Pour mixture into pie shell.
