Ingredients/Components
- eggs, lightly beaten - 4 item
- light cream - 1 c
- 9-inch pie shell - 1 item
- chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
- bell pepper - 1/4 c
- grated Swiss cheese
- sausage - 1 lb
How to make country breakfast pie:
Cook sausage until done. Crumble and drain. Mix cheese and sausage. Sprinkle in shell. Combine other ingredients and add to egg mixture. Pour into shell. Bake at 375° for 40 to 45 minutes. Cool. Yields 6 to 8 servings.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Breakfast, Time to make.
