Marinated carrots



  • sugar
  • oil - 1 c
  • vinegar - 1/2 c
  • can tomato soup - 1 item
  • green pepper, chopped - 1 item
  • carrots, sliced - 1 lb
  • onion, cut in rings - 1 item

How to make marinated carrots:

Cook carrots and cool. Mix sugar, oil and vinegar and bring to boil. Cool completely. Pour over carrots, onion and pepper. Chill well before serving.
