Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- oil - 1 c
- vinegar - 1/2 c
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- green pepper, chopped - 1 item
- carrots, sliced - 1 lb
- onion, cut in rings - 1 item
How to make marinated carrots:
Cook carrots and cool. Mix sugar, oil and vinegar and bring to boil. Cool completely. Pour over carrots, onion and pepper. Chill well before serving.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Vegetables, Carrots.
