Chocolate-coconut dessert



  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • flour - 1 c
  • instant chocolate pudding
  • powdered sugar - 1 c
  • Cool Whip
  • margarine - 1/2 c
  • Fold in Cool Whip
  • Bake at 350° for 20 minutes and cool

How to make chocolate-coconut dessert:

Mix and press into 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes and cool.First Layer:1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened1 c. powdered sugar1/2 large pkg. Cool Whip Mix together cream cheese and powdered sugar. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread over cooled crust.Second Layer:1 small pkg. instant coconut pudding1 small pkg. instant chocolate pudding Mix as directed for pudding. Mix both puddings together. Spread over First Layer. Top with remaining Cool Whip and shredded Hershey bar. Refrigerate.

Hint: When spreading cream cheese mixture into crust, wet spoon frequently to prevent sticking.
