Ingredients/Components

  • milk - 1/2 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • chopped onion - 3/4 c
  • grated Cheddar cheese
  • bacon drippings - 1/2 c
  • cooked diced potatoes - 7 c
  • cornflakes - 1 c
  • crumbled bacon from making drippings - 1 item

How to make cottage potatoes:

Mix all ingredients, except cornflakes. Place in a greased 9 x 13 casserole dish. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
