chopped onion - 1/2 item
tsp salt - 1 item
c parmesan cheese - 1/2 item
c chicken broth - 1/2 item
tbsp oregano - 1 item
c ricotta cheese - 1 item
frozen deep dish pie shell - 1 item
c canning salt - 1/4 item
c frozen chopped spinach - 1 item
tsp vinegar 1/2 c - 9 item

How to make spinach quiche:

Bring this mixture to a boil. First add to boiling mixture 6 quarts of cup up okra. Then boil okra until it changes color. Pack okra in jars; cover with some of the mixture and seal jars.
