  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • milk - 1 pt
  • cornstarch - 3 Tbsp
  • egg - 1 item
  • dab of butter - 1 item

How to make cornstarch pudding:

Heat milk. Add beaten egg, sugar and cornstarch moistened with milk. Cook on low to medium heat until thick. Can add coconut to make coconut cream pie or pudding. Add vanilla and dab of butter after cooked.
