Rice pudding

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1/2 c
• salt - 1 tsp
• eggs, slightly beaten - 3 item
• rice - 1 c
• rich milk - 6 c
• stick of cinnamon - 1 item

How to make rice pudding:

Put all the ingredients in a double boiler except eggs. Cook rice until done and then add eggs. Put in greased dish and bake 1 1/2 hours in a 350° oven.
