Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- milk
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- melted butter - 6 Tbsp
- eggs, well beaten - 4 item
- Shoepeg corn canned or frozen - 2 c
How to make corn pudding:
Thaw corn and swirl briefly in blender. In blender, blend butter, sugar, flour and salt. Add well beaten eggs. Stir in corn. Add milk and blend well. Pour into buttered casserole. Bake for 45 minutes at 325°. Serves 8.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Corn.
