Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- dry mustard - 1/2 tsp
- can corn, drained - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- eggs, slightly beaten - 2 item
- can cream-style corn - 1 item
- stick margarine, melted - 1/2 item
- box corn muffin mix - 3/4 item
How to make corn pudding:
Beat eggs; add rest of ingredients and mix well. Pour into 2 1/2-quart baking dish and bake at 350° for 1 hour. Optional: 1/2 cup green peppers and 1/2 cup chopped onion.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Corn.
