Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/4 1/2
- stick butter, melted - 1/2 item
- chopped onion - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 4 oz
- Minute rice - 2 c
- frozen broccoli - 1 pkg
How to make broccoli rice casserole:
Cook broccoli and rice separately. Place melted butter in bottom of 2-quart dish. Mix together cooked broccoli, rice, soup, onion, cheese and milk. Place on top of butter. Bake at 300° to 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Casseroles, Long Grain rice.
