Ingredients/Components
- eggs, separated - 2 item
- margarine - 4 Tbsp
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- heavy whipping cream - 4 Tbsp
- baking potatoes - 4 item
- Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese - 3/4 c
How to make twice baked potatoes:
Wash potatoes. Bake at 375° for 1 hour or until tender. Cut thin slice off top of each potato. Scoop out pulp. Put pulp in bowl. Add egg yolks and stir until smooth. Add butter and cream. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Beat egg whites unRecipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
