Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 tsp
- sour cream - 1 c
- eggs, slightly beaten - 2 item
- can cream-style corn - 1 item
- can whole kernel corn - 1 item
- stick margarine, melted - 1 item
- box Jiffy corn muffin mix dry - 1 item
How to make corn casserole:
Mix all ingredients together in an uncovered, greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Bake 40 minutes at 350°. You may top with grated Mozzarella cheese for the last 10 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Corn, Casseroles.
