Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 C
- flour - 1 Tbsp
- can diced tomatoes - 1 item
- Pinch salt - 1 item
- well beaten eggs - 4 item
- frozen yellow corn
- pint Half & Half cream - 1 item
- Diced zucchini squash - 1 item
- Diced yellow summer squash - 1 item
- Sliced mushrooms - 1 item
- Diced onions - 1 item
- Diced green/red peppers - 1 item
How to make corn pudding:
Melt enough margarine in pan to keep it all from sticking to the bottom. I sprinkle parsley flakes and black pepper in there too. Sometimes I add white shoepeg corn or a little Mrs. Dash seasoning. You can switch and change as you please with this one.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Corn.
