Ingredients/Components
- stick butter - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- large onion, diced - 1 item
- raw rice - 1 c
- jar Cheez Whiz - 8 oz
- frozen, chopped broccoli - 2 pkg
How to make broccoli cheese casserole:
Cook the broccoli in 1/2 cup of water. Add the butter and the onion. Cook until onion is done. Mix in the Cheez Whiz and the undiluted mushroom soup, then the raw rice. Mix well and put into casserole dish. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until rice is done.Recipe categories: Side dish, Main dish, Casseroles.
