Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/4 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- eggs, well beaten - 2 item
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- melted shortening - 1 Tbsp
- corn whole grain - 2 c
How to make corn fritters:
Salt and boil sweet potatoes. While hot, mash and set aside to cool. Form around marshmallow and roll in corn flakes. Place on greased cookie sheet and bake at 350° for 15 minutes or until marshmallows are soft.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Corn.
