Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- cold water - 2/3 c
- cornmeal - 2 Tbsp
- hot dogs - 8 item
- prepared pancake mix - 1 c
How to make corn dogs:
Combine the dry ingredients. Add water and beat with rotary eggbeater for 2 minutes. Pat dry excess moisture from hot dogs. Dip hot dogs in batter, holding hot dog with a fork. Drain off excess batter over the bowl. Fry in hot, deep fat (375°) for 2 to 3 minutes.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, < 30 mins, Kid Friendly.
