Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- margarine, melted - 1/2 c
- whole kernel corn - 16 oz
- box Jiffy corn muffin mix - 1 item
- cream-style corn - 16 oz
- grated Swiss or Cheddar cheese - 1 c
How to make corn casserole:
Blend ingredients together, except cheese and bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes in a 9 x 13-inch pan.Remove from oven and sprinkle 1 cup grated cheese on top. Return to oven until cheese melts, about 10 minutes.
