Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- oil - 1/2 c
- large eggs - 3 item
- Bisquick - 1 c
- pepper - 1 tsp
- grated cheese - 1/2 c
- oregano - 1 tsp
- medium diced onion - 1 item
- diced zucchini - 4 c
How to make zucchini casserole:
Mix zucchini, onion, cheese, Bisquick and seasonings in large bowl. Pour in large well-greased casserole dish. Beat eggs and oil together; pour over zucchini mixture. Bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes in an 8 x 8-inch square pan. This dish freezes well, just reheat.Recipe categories: Egg, Side dish, Casseroles.
