Zucchini casserole

Ingredients/Components

• salt - 1 tsp
• oil - 1/2 c
• large eggs - 3 item
• Bisquick - 1 c
• pepper - 1 tsp
• grated cheese - 1/2 c
• oregano - 1 tsp
• medium diced onion - 1 item
• diced zucchini - 4 c

How to make zucchini casserole:

Mix zucchini, onion, cheese, Bisquick and seasonings in large bowl. Pour in large well-greased casserole dish. Beat eggs and oil together; pour over zucchini mixture. Bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes in an 8 x 8-inch square pan. This dish freezes well, just reheat.
