Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- oil - 2 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1 item
- small green pepper - 1 item
- clove garlic, crushed - 1 item
- small onion, sliced - 1 item
- tomatoes, wedged - 2 item
- zucchini 4 small - 1 lb
How to make zucchini:
Cut zucchini into 1/4-inch slices. Cook and stir zucchini and remaining ingredients, except tomatoes, in a 10-inch skillet until heated through. Cover and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are crisp-tender (5 minutes). Add tomatoes. Cover and cook over low heat just until tomatoes are heated through (3 minutes).
