Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/8 c
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- chopped celery - 1/2 c
- chopped green pepper - 1/4 c
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- can French-style green beans, drained - 1 item
- can white corn, drained - 1 item
How to make corn casserole:
Mix all the ingredients. Put in a baking dish. Crush 1 stick Ritz crackers and mix with 1 stick melted oleo. Sprinkle crumbs on top of vegetable mixture. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Corn, Casseroles.
