Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 8 oz
- chopped onion - 1 c
- chopped celery - 1 c
- chopped green pepper - 1 c
- grated Cheddar cheese
- can French-style green beans, drained - 1 oz
- can Shoe Peg corn, drained - 1 oz
- sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed - 1 item
- can garden peas, drained - 1 oz
How to make vegetable casserole:
Topping:1 c. grated Cheddar cheese1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed Mix the ingredients and pour into a 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish. Top with topping. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
