  • sour cream - 8 oz
  • chopped onion - 1 c
  • chopped celery - 1 c
  • chopped green pepper - 1 c
  • grated Cheddar cheese
  • can French-style green beans, drained - 1 oz
  • can Shoe Peg corn, drained - 1 oz
  • sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed - 1 item
  • can garden peas, drained - 1 oz

How to make vegetable casserole:

Topping:1 c. grated Cheddar cheese1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed Mix the ingredients and pour into a 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish. Top with topping. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes. Small cans of vegetables and half of the other measurements may be used for a smaller casserole.
