Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- egg, slightly beaten - 1 item
- oil - 2 Tbsp
- can cream-style corn - 1 item
- Monterey Jack cheese - 6 oz
- can green chilies, chopped - 1 item
- Bisquick or Pioneer mix - 1 c
How to make corn casserole:
Combine corn and biscuit mix. Add egg, oil and milk. Spread 1/2 of mixture in 9-inch square casserole dish. Cover with cheese; top with chilies. Spread remaining corn mixture on top of this and bake at 400° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Corn, Casseroles.
