Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- sour cream - 1 c
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- stick margarine, melted - 1/2 item
- box Jiffy cornbread mix - 1 item
- large can cream-style corn - 1 item
- large can whole kernel corn, drained slightly - 1 item
How to make corn casserole:
Mix all ingredients together; bake for 30 minutes at 375° in a casserole dish that has been sprayed with vegetable cooking spray. Remove from oven; top with shredded or grated cheese. Return to oven; bake for 10 minutes. Great!!!Recipe categories: Side dish, Corn, Casseroles.
