Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- oil - 1/4 c
- vinegar - 1/4 c
- small jar pimento - 1 item
- bunch celery, chopped - 1/2 item
- cans Shoepeg corn - 2 item
- cans early peas - 2 item
How to make marinated vegetables:
Drain all ingredients well. Mix together the sugar, vinegar and oil; pour over vegetables. Let marinate. Stir once before serving.Recipe categories: Salads, Side dish, Vegetables.
