Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- sour cream - 8 oz
- can whole kernel corn, drained - 1 item
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
- stick margarine, melted - 1/2 item
- can creamed corn - 1 item
- box Jiffy cornbread mix - 1 item
How to make corn casserole:
Combine everything but the cheese. Put in a 2-quart buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake in a 350° oven for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Corn, Casseroles.
