Marinated vegetables
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- vegetable oil
- cider vinegar - 1 c
- fresh mushrooms - 1 lb
- dill weed - 1 Tbsp
- Accent - 1 Tbsp
- head cauliflower - 1 item
- bunch fresh broccoli - 1 item
- each: salt, pepper and garlic salt - 1 tsp
- carrots, sliced and cooked about 3 minutes - 3 item
How to make marinated vegetables:
Wash all vegetables; cut broccoli and cauliflower into florets. Mix remaining ingredients; pour over vegetables. Cover and refrigerate 24 hours. Baste from time to time. Drain and serve.Recipe categories: Salads, Side dish, Vegetables.
