Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- melted margarine - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- crushed cornflakes
- onion, chopped - 3/4 c
- can cream chicken soup - 1 item
- shredded Cheddar - 2 c
- bag frozen hash browns thawed - 2 lb
How to make potato casserole:
Topping:2 c. crushed cornflakes1/4 c. melted margarine Combine all ingredients except potatoes in large mixing bowl. Add potatoes, mix thoroughly. Sprinkle top with cornflakes mixture. Bake in a 13 x 9-inch glass baking dish for 45 minutes at 350°. Can be made ahead and put in refrigerator.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
