Conch chowder
Ingredients/Components
- water - 3 qt
- chopped celery - 2 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- medium onion - 1 item
- medium potatoes - 6 item
- corn meal - 1 item
- can biscuits - 1 item
- conch, diced into small pieces - 1 pt
- pork drippings - 4 Tbsp
How to make conch chowder:
Bring conch, water and drippings to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for at least 2 hours. Add potatoes, onion, celery and seasonings. Cook at least 45 minutes.
