  • sugar - 2 c
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour
  • butter - 3/4 c
  • cocoa - 1/2 c
  • baking powder
  • baking soda
  • chopped walnuts - 1 c
  • orange peel - 2 tsp
  • coarsely grated zucchini - 2 c

How to make chocolate zucchini cake:

Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon in a bowl and set aside. In a mixing bowl, cream the butter and sugar. Then add eggs one at a time. Then mix in the vanilla, orange peel, zucchini, milk and walnuts. Bake in a Bundt pan at 350° for 1 hour.
