Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- milk - 2/3 c
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- melted butter - 1/2 c
- egg - 1 item
- chopped walnuts - 1 c
- white sugar - 1/2 c
- large can pumpkin - 1 item
- Press in a well-greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan
How to make pumpkin cake:
Mix together cake mix, melted butter and egg. Press in a well-greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan. (Do not use glass pan.) Mix together next five ingredients. Pour this in the pan.Topping:1 c. reserved cake mix1/4 c. melted butter1/2 c. white sugar1 c. chopped walnuts Take the reserved cake mix, add butter, sugar and walnuts. Crumble mixture and sprinkle over top of pumpkin mixture. Bake in 350° oven for 45 to 50 minutes, or until knife inserted comes out clean.
