Pineapple coffee cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 3/4 c
• cinnamon
• eggs - 2 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• milk - 1/2 c
• salt - 1 tsp
• flour
• brown sugar - 1/2 c
• butter - 1/2 c
• baking powder - 2 tsp
• baking soda - 1 tsp
• chopped walnuts - 1/2 c
• softened butter - 3 Tbsp
• pineapple or other fruit - 1 c

How to make pineapple coffee cake:

Topping:2 tsp. cinnamon1/2 c. chopped walnuts1/2 c. flour1/2 c. brown sugar3 Tbsp. softened butter Mix all cake ingredients together, then add fruit. Pour batter into a buttered and floured 8-inch square baking pan. Mix topping ingredients together and sprinkle over batter. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
