Pineapple coffee cake
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- cinnamon
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- chopped walnuts - 1/2 c
- softened butter - 3 Tbsp
- pineapple or other fruit - 1 c
How to make pineapple coffee cake:
Topping:2 tsp. cinnamon1/2 c. chopped walnuts1/2 c. flour1/2 c. brown sugar3 Tbsp. softened butter Mix all cake ingredients together, then add fruit. Pour batter into a buttered and floured 8-inch square baking pan. Mix topping ingredients together and sprinkle over batter.
