Ingredients/Components

  • cocoa - 1/4 c
  • vanilla extract - 1 Tbsp
  • egg yolks - 2 item
  • butter - 3 Tbsp
  • enough flour to thicken - 1 item
  • milk - 2 c
  • Add to milk, flour and eggs

How to make chocolate pie:

Mix dry ingredients. Add to milk, flour and eggs. Pour into baked 9-inch pie shell.TOPPING4 egg whites9 Tbsp. sugar Beat egg whites and put on pie. Bake in oven at 350 or 400° until topping is brown.
