- sugar - 2 c
- flour - 1 Tbsp
- sweet milk - 1/2 c
- butter, melted - 1/4 c
- cornmeal - 1 Tbsp
- eggs - 4 item
- lemon rind, grated - 3 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 1/4 c
How to make lemon chess pie:
Mix sugar, flour and cornmeal. Beat eggs slightly. Mix with dry ingredients. Add remaining ingredients and pour into an unbaked 9-inch pie shell. Bake at 375° for 30 to 40 minutes until firm.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
