Chocolate delight
Ingredients/Components
- large angel food cake - 1 item
- chocolate chips - 12 oz
- eggs, separated - 3 item
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- Cool Whip - 12 oz
- nuts, chopped - 1 c
How to make chocolate delight:
Melt chocolate chips. Beat egg yolks and add to chocolate mixture. Stir in sugar. Let cool. Beat egg whites. Fold into chocolate mixture and then fold in Cool Whip.Break cake into bits and put in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Pour chocolate mixture over and stir until all cake is covered with chocolate. Smooth over and sprinkle with nuts. Store in refrigerator overnight. Serves 16.
