Ingredients/Components

  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • egg - 1 item
  • nuts - 1 c
  • stick butter - 1 item
  • self-rising flour
  • box brown sugar - 1 item
  • 4x or 10x sugar if desired

How to make chinese chews:

Cream butter and sugar together. Add egg and vanilla. Put in flour, then add nuts. Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes. Sprinkle with 4x or 10x sugar while warm if desired.
