Chicken tetrazzini
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- flour - 5 Tbsp
- stick margarine - 1/2 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 8 oz
- green pepper - 1 item
- pimento - 4 oz
- chicken, boiled and deboned - 1 item
- spaghetti, cooked - 6 oz
- sliced, drained mushrooms - 4 oz
How to make chicken tetrazzini:
Melt butter in skillet (or large microwave casserole) and cook green pepper. Add flour and stir. Add milk, mushrooms, soups, Cheddar cheese, chicken and cooked spaghetti. Pour into 13 x 9-inch casserole dish. Top with a bit of grated cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes.Note: For better casserole, I use approximately 5 cooked chicken breasts, less if you prefer less chicken.
