- milk - 1 c
- flour - 1 c
- stick margarine - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- can chicken broth - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- carrots - 1 c
- peas - 1 c
- potatoes, sliced - 1 c
- boiled eggs, sliced - 3 item
- cans boned chicken - 3 item
How to make chicken vegetable casserole:
Layer chicken, carrots, sliced potatoes, peas and eggs into large casserole dish. In saucepan, heat chicken soup, mushroom soup and chicken broth and pour over layers. Mix together flour and butter; add milk. Mix and pour over casserole. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or at 400° for 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
