Ingredients/Components
- cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
- buttermilk - 1 c
- self-rising flour
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- stick melted butter - 1 item
- potatoes, diced - 2 item
- mixed vegetables - 1 pkg
- broth off chicken - 2 c
- or 3 chicken breasts, cooked - 2 item
How to make chicken pie:
Crust:1 c. self-rising flour1 stick melted butter1 c. buttermilk Cook vegetables until tender. Break chicken into pieces; place in pan and then mix together soup and broth with cornstarch. Add vegetables on top of that.Crust: Mix together very well and pour over the top of mixture. Bake 1 hour at 350°.
