Ingredients/Components
- buttermilk - 1 c
- self-rising flour - 1 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- can chicken broth - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- chicken - 1 item
- onion - 1 item
- stick melted butter - 1/2 item
- cans mixed vegetables - 2 item
How to make chicken pot pie:
Cook chicken with onion, salt and pepper. Debone chicken. Mix soups and broth. Layer chicken and soup mixture and vegetables. Mix together flour, buttermilk and butter. Pour on top. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until crust is brown.Favorite of Picky Missy Jolly.
