Ingredients/Components

  • flour - 2 Tbsp
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • chicken breast boneless, skinned - 1 item
  • oil - 2 Tbsp
  • margarine - 2 Tbsp
  • white wine - 2 Tbsp
  • lemon juice - 2 Tbsp

How to make chicken piccata:

Cut chicken into 1 1/2 x 1/2-inch strips. Toss chicken in combined flour, salt and pepper. Add oil and margarine to hot wok. Stir-fry chicken in very hot oil for 3 to 4 minutes, until done. Drain oil. Add wine and lemon juice to wok. Cook down slightly and pour over chicken.
