Chicken enchilada casserole
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- Cheddar cheese, grated - 2 4
- sliced black olives optional - 1 item
- to 3 cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
- broken up Doritos - 1 pkg
- chicken or turkey cubes - 1 item
- chopped green chili peppers optional - 1 item
How to make chicken enchilada casserole:
In bottom of 8 x 10-inch casserole dish, spread Doritos. Sprinkle chicken or turkey cubes on top. Sprinkle chopped onions over chicken. Pour soup over onion layer. Top with Cheddar cheese. Add sliced olives and/or green chili peppers, if desired. Bake at 325° for one hour. Serve with sour cream.Popular at school and church potlucks.
