Chicken parmesan
Ingredients/Components
- soft white bread crumbs - 3/4 c
- minced parsley - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- to 4 chicken breasts or other pieces - 3 item
- Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- clove garlic, minced - 1/2 item
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- melted butter - 1/2 c
How to make chicken parmesan:
Put aluminum foil in pan; fold sides up. Mix together in bowl the cheese, parsley, garlic, salt and pepper. Dip chicken pieces in melted butter, then into crumbs and dry ingredients. Arrange in pan. Spread remaining ingredients on top of chicken. Drizzle in remaining butter. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 1 hour or until golden brown.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Poultry.
