- salt - 1/2 tsp
- chopped parsley - 2 Tbsp
- small onion - 1 item
- ground chicken - 1 lb
- cans Italian-style stewed tomatoes - 2 1/2
- frozen small white onions - 1 c
- medium-size carrots - 2 item
- medium-size mushrooms - 1/2 lb
- slices fat-free bread - 2 item
- frozen Italian-style green beans - 1 c
- chopped pitted ripe olives for garnish - 1 item
- Italian bread optional - 1 item
How to make chicken meatballs:
About 1 hour before serving, preheat oven to 400°. Grease 13 x 9-inch metal baking pan. Chop bread until fine crumbs form (you will have about 1 cup crumbs). Grate enough onion to equal 1 tablespoon. Finely shred carrots to equal 1/2 cup. In large bowRecipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Poultry.
