Ingredients/Components
- egg whites - 2 item
- skinless boneless chicken breasts - 4 item
- dry seasoned bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- fat-free Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
How to make chicken parmesan:
Pound chicken breasts until size doubles. Rub Parmesan cheese into each side. Dip chicken in egg whites and press bread crumbs on both sides. Saut 3 to 5 minutes per side in skillet sprayed with nonstick spray. Yield: 4 servings.Cal-248, Carbs-10g, Pro-36g, Fat-6g.
