Artichoke nibbles
Ingredients/Components
- each marinated artichoke hearts - 2 jars
- small onion, finely chopped - 1 item
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- eggs, beaten - 4 item
- fine bread crumbs - 1/4 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- oregano - 1/8 tsp
- Tabasco - 1/8 tsp
- Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- minced parsley - 2 Tbsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- chili sauce - 2 tsp
- snipped parsley - 2 Tbsp
- instant minced onion - 1 tsp
- bottled hot pepper sauce - 1/2 tsp
- cans tuna, drained - 2 oz
How to make artichoke nibbles:
Blend cream cheese, chili sauce, parsley, onion and hot pepper sauce; gradually stir in drained tuna. Beat until mixture is thoroughly blended. Pack in a 4-cup mold or small bowl; chill thoroughly at least 3 hours. If desired, garnish with sliced stuffed green olives. Makes 3 cups pate.
