- flour with 1/2 tsp - 1 c
- cube beef steaks - 6 (4
- vegetable shortening or vegetable oil with 1 Tbsp - 1/2 c
How to make chicken fried cube steaks:
Dip steaks into egg mixture, then flour and egg and then flour again. Put steaks into skillet and fry until golden brown (about 5 minutes). Turn steaks over and fry other side. Excellent with a milk gravy, served on mashed potatoes, Southern style black-eyed peas and baked beans. Delicious!Recipe categories: Breakfast, Main dish, Beef.
