- egg, beaten - 1 item
- pepper - 1 item
- box bread crumbs - 1 item
- to 8 pork loin center pork chops trim away excess fat - 6 item
How to make chicken fried pork chops:
Combine milk, beaten egg, salt and pepper together. Mix well. Dip chops in liquid; roll in bread crumbs. Fry in hot shortening until golden brown on both sides. After chops are brown, add 1/4 cup water and simmer for 45 minutes, turning once.Recipe categories: Main dish, Pork chop, Pork.
