Sour cream coffee cake
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- flour - 2 c
- brown sugar - 1/3 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- butter or oleo - 1/2 c
How to make sour cream coffee cake:
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix together flour, baking powder, salt and soda. Add dry ingredients alternately with sour cream. In a small bowl, mix nuts, brown sugar and cinnamon. Spoon half of batter into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle with half of topping. Add rest of batter and sprinkle with the rest of the topping.
